[Elecraft] UPS Practice? was:Re: KPA1500 Caution

I have had good luck with USPS, but am less than thrilled with UPS.  My 
K3 has been on its way back from Watsonville and was to arrive 
yesterday, but I wasn't home when UPS came by.  Imagine my surprise to 
see that a signature was required, and that they will try again today, 
but with no indication of when or what will happen if I miss them today.
