[Elecraft] 32 bit Elecraft Utility Apps

Actually there is a Linux version of the KX3 utility.  The error posted suggests it might have been the Windows X86 version, or needs to be compiled for the ARM processor instead of the Intel/AMD.  Regardless the source code is not available so move along folks, nothing to see here.  And since Raspbian is a Debian derivative you would kind of sort of think it would work. Debian, yuck, CentOS :)

All of my Pi 2B and Pi 3 units are deployed with application specific tasks.  But I have a couple of Pi Zeros that aren’t earning their keep.  When I can find the time I’ll test it.
