[Elecraft] 32 bit Elecraft Utility Apps

I just downloaded and tried to run it on a Pi running the latest version of
Raspian got the error I expected.

pi at raspberrypi:~/kx3util_1_16_6_25 $ ./kx3util
-bash: ./kx3util: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error
pi at raspberrypi:~/kx3util_1_16_6_25 $

How did you get it to run?
