[Elecraft] KX2 and SCS Pactor Modem Setup

I’ve never used an SCS modem, but it should be the same as any other data mode.

Use DATA A mode. Use the procedure in the KX2 manual for setting levels. Use VOX so you don’t have to worry about PTT. Set the power to 5 W.
