[Elecraft] Question for Wayne about your OCF Dipole

They're in series when used in the manner being discussed, not 
parallel.  If you were to connect the two center conductors together and 
two shields together at each end, they are in parallel.  In such case, 
the shields go to one side of the dipole and the center conductors to 
the other side.
