[Elecraft] Final Reminder: Y-BOX Labor Day Weekend Special ends at 0700 UTC today

One consistent issue I've observed is the failure to empty the grid leak 
bucket.   This must be done at least twice a day.  Of course this only 
applies where one is using hollow state devices. Othewise, in the 
installation of FET's, they have a drain which requires equal attention.
