Yes, Don they did charge me the $99 one-hour fee, but I did have some repair work done on the sub-receiver. So, it took them one hour or less to repair the sub-receiver and put the mods in.

I don't believe those mods will be done for free, but there may be a special pricing on them if that is all the work to be done.
If you have other repair work done on your K3S, they will be installed as part of that process.
