[Elecraft] K3 - Major Firmware Update

Update to the latest utility version first.  Then, just put up the LATEST firmware version.  You don’t have to do all of the intervening releases.  No, it won’t kill your radio.  Make sure you read all of the release notes since whatever version you have installed.
