[Elecraft] Win4K3 changes settings on my stuff...

I’m good now. I got some good advice from Tom which was basically setting
things how I wanted in the program and the issue has gone away. I also
started using the newest version and deleted the old version. Don’t know if
that made any difference, but it all works well now.  Thanks for the reply,
