[Elecraft] K3S - no output power from 14.180 - 14.220

I just received my K3s back from service (IMD updated TX boards).   There is no output power on 20M from 14.180-14.220.  All other bands  and the rest of the 20M band appears to be ok (regardless of mode selected).

Is there a setting that I missed?  What would cause this odd behavior.   I hope I don’t have to send it back for another 6 weeks to get additional service.
