[Elecraft] List overload - Additional

Some high volume lists have two lists, xxx-announce and xxx-discuss. The xxx-announce is sometimes a read-only list that can only be posted to be the list owners. No replies allowed. The xxx-discuss list is for discussion, of course.

I don’t fee the list is too busy, but I’ve been getting thousands of e-mails for decades.
