Henceforth , the threads should read "WSPR2.0 at 474.2KHz"  That was my
mistake.

Here's a test with NR on and NR off

0328 -29 -1.5   0.475617  0 WI2XSV EN61 23 (NR On)
0334 -27 -1.5   0.475617  0 WI2XSV EN61 23 (NR Off) 
0338 -29 -1.6   0.475617  0 WI2XSV EN61 23 (NR Off)
0342 -29 -1.5   0.475617  0 WI2XSV EN61 23 (NR Off)
0346 -31 -1.7   0.475617  0 WI2XSV EN61 23 (NR On)
0350 -31 -1.4   0.475617  0 WI2XSV EN61 23 (NR On)

Not much change.
