[Elecraft] K3 not Seen By Computer after OS upgrade

I have the enhanced K3 with the USB hub add on so I'm using that way to
connect to the computer - direct via USB. Still no dice and it worked fine
when I was running Win 7 on same computer. This one is a head scratcher.
