Well, there is still AF4K who has a web presence making custom crystals in the FT-243, FT-241 and CR4U cases. 

Bliley is still around and on the web, making crystals, crystal oscillators and the like. 

Also JAN Crystals in Florida is still in business.

That’s too bad.  I’ve bought a lot of crystals (for Drakes, Collins, and others) from these folks over the years.  I wonder what other sources there are left out there?
