[Elecraft] KX2 and N1MM+

[K9MA]

I'm unable to get the KX2 to work with N1MM+ on my old Windows 7 
netbook.  It works fine with the Windows 7 desktop, and the KX2 utility 
works with the netbook.  With N1MM+ and the netbook, there's no 
frequency readout, no response to CW macros, apparently no communication 
at all.  The N1MM+ configuration on both computers is the same.  The 
netbook and N1MM+ work fine with the K3 and USB adapter.  Any ideas?
