The issue is from the sender address is not safe IMHO.  Do what you want, just suggesting, you are looking for trouble.

It’s not a bad address!  It works fine.  The “HOME” link takes you where you need to go to unsubscribe. You do need to scroll down to the bottom of the page … I know that’s hard ;-)
