[Elecraft] K3 Upgrade Path to Satellite Work.

Sorry, but the K3 (or K3S) cannot do full duplex.
The only internal transverter is the K144XV. Elecraft does have the XV
series external transverters for 50, 144, 222, and 432 MHz.
