[Elecraft] [KX3] Power On/Off Feature Request

That's kinda the idea!  It's harder to have the radio accidentally get turned on while hiking up the mountain in the backpack. After all, it's a PORTABLE HF radio. 

It does however get to be a pain when used on a desk even in the camper.
