[Elecraft] KFL3C-200 Filter

I have fitted the KFL3C-200 Filter to my K3. There was no paperwork with the
filter, to give a frequency offset, if any. 

 

With the offset set to zero, nothing seems to pass through the filter.  I
have experimented, and an offset of -1 seems to do the job.

 

Have I missed something? Suggestions welcome.
