[Elecraft] KPA500 Operate/Standby auto drive power change quit working...

I believe PWR SET in the CONFIG menu has to be set to 'Per band' for it 
to save two power settings - one for barefoot, and one for amp 
operation.  It is on page 53 of the K3 Owners Manual.
