[Elecraft] KPA500 Beta FW 1.54

The KPA500 utility showed 1.54 available when I clicked "Copy New Files 
from Elecraft."  The firmware page on the website still shows 1.47 as 
the latest production release.  Apparently I caught the update with the 
utility before they had a chance to update the web page.
