The currently-shipping sensors are the same for the W2 and P3 TXMON. If
you have an older W2 sensor (I'm not sure of the S/N cutoff date), it
will work, but the bandwidth may be limited on the waveform display. It
can be modified by changing several capacitors. I don't see
modification instructions on the web site but I think Elecraft Support
should have the details.
One sensor cannot drive both devices. You would need a 8P8C (RJ-45)
mechanical switch for that. You could also use such a switch to select
one of several sensors for the P3. This is the one I bought, but there
