[Elecraft] Surprising Behavior on KX3 KXPA100 Combo

If you are saying you switched bands with the amp still transmitting, that
would probably cause what you are seeing.  There is a short delay after
switching bands to switch in the new tuner settings. You should give the amp
time to complete the changes before transmitting.
