[Elecraft] KPA500 mobile?

On the same vane,
My 2005, Range Rover would lock and unlock (repeat….) when I transmitted on 20M - other bands it was fine.
I was running 50W - totally separate 12V Truck battery , not connected to the Range Rover. Antenna 1:1
