[Elecraft] [PX3] Green Bar Cursor Jumpy

Hi Scott, 

Be sure that you have the PX3 connected DIRECTLY to the KX3.  The KXPA100
then connects to the PX3.  Refer to page 9 of the PX3 manual.  If after
you've verified the correct connections and you're still having trouble,
