[Elecraft] K3S SSB TX monitor - feature request

I'd like this functionality as well.

Phones either plugged in or not, RX audio only out of the speaker, RX 
audio and TX monitor in the phones.

Maybe a toggle in the settings for the monitor, speaker, phones or both. 
Monitor level remains as set.
