[Elecraft] kx2 utility for linux on Raspberry Pi

If raspbian supports wine, you might try it.  You'd have to expose a COM 
or /dev/ttyUSBx port to the guest OS.  This might be a hassle, but once 
you get it working you'd probably be a hero to a bunch of Rasp 
Pians(hm... sic?).
