[Elecraft] PX3 6M opposite sideband suppression

I just went through the opposite sideband suppression routine using the signal generated by the PX3. It worked just as described for 160-10 meters but I could not get any significant reduction or hardly any movement at all on the opposite sideband. I verified that I was looking at the correct sideband by removing the I/Q cable. 

Is this normal or should it react the same on 6 meters as it does on the other bands?

 I have the latest firmware installed (non beta)
