[Elecraft] Adding 222 mhz to K2

Note that not all of the digits of a 222 MHz frequency are shown on the K2
LCD. It doesn't have enough room so the most significant (left most) digit,
2, is not shown.

See page 111 of the K2 Owner's manual (if you've not found it already). It
explains how the K2 readout works with the transverters.
