[Elecraft] [PX3] Does not respond to the knob being rotated

Hi Jim, 

It sounds to me like your encoder is bad.  You will either need to send your
PX3 back to Elecraft for repair or contact Elecraft for a replacement
encoder (if you would like to do the work yourself).   Please contact
Elecraft support directly.  They can be reached via email at:  k3support at
you know where dot com.
