[Elecraft] kxpa100 computer interface

Thanks Don.... I took a look and I've got the cables all right.  But, Dick at elecraft suggested I look at communication speed that I had n1mm+ set at and set it to 38,400 and that took care of it.

Gary,

You did not specify the cable connections that you are using.  You 
should have the KXPACBL for best integration with the KX3.  See pages 14 
and 15 of the KXPA100 manual.

If you do have those cables and have them connected correctly, then I 
would say that you have a problem with the KXPA100 and that you should 
contact Elecraft support.
