Jim,

If the relay requires 100ma I would be hesitant to connect it to the KX3 
without additional information.
The reason is that the pull-in current can exceed the nominal current 
rating - so check the specs carefully.
I would trust it if the current meter check shows a current of 50ma or 
less, if it is as high as 100ma, I would not take the chance.  Remember 
that the digital current meter will not show the pull-in peak.
