Ahhh yes.  I had a similar problem very recently and the list solved it 
for me.  I'll pass it on ...

Hold MENU for CONFIG
VFOB to PTT_KEY
VFOA to OFF-OFF
MENU

I think CONFIG-->TECH MD must be on.

If you use RTS and/or DTR to key your rig from a computer, you'll have 
to set these back where they belong.
