[Elecraft] About to give up

Isn't it "fun"????????????? 

You purchase a new, highly touted rig that will do it all (I'm NOT sayin'
Elecraft touts that...well, maybe they do that a little) and then you find
lots of problems interfacing it with other ancillary equipment (ASSUMING it
even NEEDS to interface with some external piece of gear).

An old Systems Engineering axiom/mantra -------- the biggest problems are
always at the external interfaces......assuming you even NEED an external
interface!!!!!!!!!!!!!
