[Elecraft] KX3 suggestion for additional "General" band

Right, it’s the jumping off point.  And it isn’t til you go back to that band later that you realizes something’s not quite right, because you never intended to change anything there, so the frequency and mode are off.  Makes me think of Orlando Bloom in Pirates of the Caribbean - “That’s not where I left you”…
