[Elecraft] KX3 Output power rating

The KX3 is now being positioned as the 15 watt big brother to the smaller KX2 “up to 10 watts” version. The upper
limit on my KX3 power adjustment seems to have always been around 10.2 watts. How does one safely achieve this
15 watt performance? Does it require the new/upgrade heatsink plus a new firmware version? I have always used an
approx. 14 Volt power source.

I’m sure this has been addressed before but I don’t see the history…thanks for any observations.
