[Elecraft] K2 Internal Mic Adapter kit wanted

I'd like to see the IMA available again.
I'd also like to see the K2 MAB picked up by someone.
Fixed level out (W3FPR) and CW tuning indicator (K6XX) and the IMA on 
one board.
