Interesting. The FCC does not recognize either WD8VLL or KD8VLL as a current
or past call in use, nor is there a Michael among the Farnsworth names that
do hold any sort of US license. 

Of course Farnsworth is interesting in that it's the name of the guy who
invented electronic television (Philo Farnsworth).
