[Elecraft] P3 v1.59 & SVGA v1.33 BETA now available for download

Haven't tried it yet on the P3 but for the same feature on the PX3 if you make the RCF value a bit less than the span you can use Half span or Full span.  
So a macro
#SPN000100;#RCF+004500; will set the span to 10 kHz and position VFO A just above the left side of the display.
