There is a bug fix in the latest beta version of P3 firmware that might
apply:
P3SVGA 01.33 / 3-7-2016
* Center Frequency in Tracking mode: Fixed an old bug that caused the
VFO A cursor to reset to center of screen when VFO A was tuned after the
user had adjusted the center frequency offset using the CENTER function
in tracking mode.
