[Elecraft] CW Setup

After ten years of using CW almost daily I tried a straight key for the
first time. I was amazed at how simple it was to form characters; the
spacing was built in to me. My K2's keyer with paddles made my ears
(and muscles) sensitive to the variety of spaces we use. I can't use a
straight key for long because of wrist injuries but it is nice to know
how easy it is to use if I have to.
