[Elecraft] KXPA100- How impactful to making contacts?

Has anyone tried using a RM Italy HLA 305 or 305V with a K2, KX2, K3 or 
KX3?  The review in QST a few months ago was positive.  Over 200 watts 
out for less than $700 (not counting an antenna tuner).
