I'm still wondering why anyone would BUY a bit of 10 ga twisted pair. It blows the mind.

To each his own I suppose .... but really?

On the other hand, I do know one or two hams who will stare at a pair of RCA plugs and a bit of wire with a deer-in-the-headlights look in their eyes and then drive to RS to buy a cable.
