[Elecraft] Cannot connect to K3S utillity

Does not matter, still won't connect. Tried two Win 7 computers.

Locate RS-232 in the CONFIG menu and set it to "USB" instead of a number.
This should allow the utility to connect. 

Do you have a K3S/10 or a K3S/100?

What kind of amp do you have?
