Related to this.  The Naval Academy has started teaching Celestial 
Navigation again.  It had been discontinued.

The Coast Guard never discontinued it.

I also understand the old surplussed 10 kW Collins HF transmitters are 
being reacquired by the military.  Can teaching of CW be next?
