[Elecraft] DTMF Tones on the K3

Pick up a Kenwood MC-48, move the brown wire from pin 5 to pin 5 in the
mic connector and be done with it.

Overloading the K3/K3S front panel buttons with yet a *third* function
is a recipe for disaster.
