[Elecraft] K3 Transmitting CW in SSB mode

Phil,
I use that feature on my K3, and I have done it many times.
To answer #1, they say they hear me perfectly when we are on the same
SSB frequency. It has been handy several times.
To answer #2, I think they will be off by their offset frequency.
