[Elecraft] KX2 and N1MM F-Keys

I finally got the functions to work mostly.  On my KX2 and KX3
Here is what I did. It seams I got rid of most of the funkiness due to spaces in the wrong place and so on.

Pay attention to S&P F1 with out the {S&P} when hitting the  F1 key it would send properly then switch back to Run so it was necessary to put it in.
