[Elecraft] k-pod manual

I saw Wayne ask for it to be posted on the Elecraft web site ASAP earlier.
Unfortunately I am over 600 miles north of Watsonville on the Oregon coast,
so I'm powerless to help with that.

I could be mistaken but it appears we have an impasse here; you can see the
manual only if you buy a K-Pod, some of us won't buy a K-Pod until we see
the manual.
