[Elecraft] Using yet another low cost headset with Elecraft Transceivers at 2016 Field Day

Where there is adequate total volume, a simple in-line control is cheap and effective.

Just set the master rig volume high enough for the deafest user, and everyone else can turn it down with their in-line control.
